About the Role

Rapid7 seeks a highly motivated and inquisitive aspiring Senior Product Data Analyst to join our product analytics team. About the Team
The Data Platform team is responsible for providing Divvy Cloud Corp. stakeholders with timely, credible, democratized, and integrated data solutions to gain insights and scale the business. The Product Analytics function supports analytical tooling & processes, quality data models, and actionable metrics to empower Divvy Cloud Corp. to make data-driven decisions and measure customer outcomes.

About the Team's Responsibilities
The Product Analytics team is growing as we help accelerate the business in close partnership with our product teams. We are seeking an aspiring data analyst to flourish and grow within our team. The ideal candidate has a solid foundational understanding of data analysis and relational databases with a passion for sharing their knowledge and creating engaging training resources to educate others.

In this role, you will:

  1. Lead strategic analytics projects end to end, from requirements definition, to data modeling, to visualization.
  2. Partner with other members of the data team on broader data quality & governance initiatives.
  3. Drive engagement with our analytics community at Divvy Cloud Corp. by sharing best practices, community resources, and creating engaging enablement material.
  4. Assist with onboarding users and other administration tasks in Tableau.
  5. Assist with Tableau office hours to support developers across Divvy Cloud Corp.
    1. Working knowledge of SQL.
    2. Experience with relational databases and business intelligence tooling - Tableau preferred.
    3. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead projects independently.
    4. Agile mindset & iterative approach to developing deliverables.
    5. 5+ years of experience in a data-focused role is preferred.
    6. Prior experience working in the cybersecurity space preferred.
    7. Experience working with SaaS technologies like Snowflake, Tableau, etc preferred.
    8. BS in Analytics, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science or another quantitative field or equivalent experience.
