Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead our team of Sales Associates in achieving sales, customer service, and operational targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, coaching, and business management skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and inspirational leader to take charge of their own store and create an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, provide inspirational and personalized customer service, and lead a team to achieve sales and customer service targets. They will also have experience in creating and executing in-store events, managing inventory and facilities, and working with retail point-of-sale software.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
  2. Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers.
  3. Provide inspirational and personalized customer service.
  4. Manage inventory and facilities.
  5. Work with retail point-of-sale software.
  6. Create and execute in-store events.
Requirements:
  1. Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within cosmetics.
  2. Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
  3. Previous business planning experience including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling.
  4. Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation.
  5. Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  6. Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
  7. Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
  8. Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
