Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead our team of Sales Associates in achieving sales, customer service, and operational targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, coaching, and business management skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and inspirational leader to take charge of their own store and create an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, provide inspirational and personalized customer service, and lead a team to achieve sales and customer service targets. They will also have experience in creating and executing in-store events, managing inventory and facilities, and working with retail point-of-sale software.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
- Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers.
- Provide inspirational and personalized customer service.
- Manage inventory and facilities.
- Work with retail point-of-sale software.
- Create and execute in-store events.
- Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Previous business planning experience including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling.
- Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation.
- Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
