We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Specialist to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited in Enfield, North London.

Job Summary

This role involves providing support to children with special educational needs in a welcoming two-form entry primary school. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work collaboratively with teachers to develop individualized learning plans and provide emotional support and guidance to students.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You will also be required to participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting children with special educational needs
  • Collaborating with teachers to develop individualized learning plans
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to students
  • Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
