Protection Specialist

At Tallgrass Recruitment Limited, we are seeking a skilled Protection Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing expert financial advice and exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer-Centric Financial Advice: Provide tailored financial advice to customers, recommending suitable products such as income protection, critical illness cover, and life insurance.
- Sales and Relationship Building: Complete sales calls with customers, providing regulated advice and following up on leads. Build meaningful relationships and contribute to a shared mission of financial empowerment.
- Lead Management: Work with leads from customers transacting for first or second charge mortgages. Collaborate with back-office support to focus on advising, while maintaining high-performance standards.
- Compliance and Industry Standards: Stay up-to-date with FCA regulations and industry changes. Ensure all compliance protocols are followed and maintain high standards of customer care and performance.
