We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Estimation & Planning: Prepare detailed cost estimates, feasibility studies, and establish budgets for proposed projects.

Contract Management: Develop tender documents, contracts, bills of quantities, and manage procurement processes.

Cost Control & Monitoring: Monitor project expenditures, ensure adherence to budgets, and provide regular financial progress reports.

Valuation & Payment: Value completed work, arrange payments, and prepare interim valuations and final accounts.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and develop mitigation strategies.

Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant laws and regulations, provide advice on construction law and contractual issues.

Sustainability & Value Engineering: Promote sustainable construction practices and implement value engineering principles.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

Professional Certifications: RICS, CIOB, or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Proven experience in cost estimation, contract management, and cost control.

Skills: Strong understanding of construction law and regulatory compliance, excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Software Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant software, such as CostX, Bluebeam, MS Excel.
