The Role: As a Surgical Ward Registered Nurse, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Contributing to the development of individualised care plans
- Working collaboratively with surgeons and anaesthetists to ensure seamless patient care
- Participating in ward-based projects to improve patient outcomes and efficiency
- Supporting junior colleagues to enhance their learning and development
