Operational Services Manager

As the Operations Manager, you will lead and manage the Financial Planning Administration team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely support to Paraplanners and Financial Planners. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Monitoring team Key Performance Indicators and managing individual performance
- Ensuring compliance procedures are adhered to, escalating any breaches or concerns
- Developing robust processes for new business and financial planning requests
- Developing product, technical, and regulatory knowledge
- Reviewing and managing escalated issues, ensuring all complaints and breaches are dealt with
- Managing the day-to-day work of the Financial Planning Support team
- Demonstrating a flexible and agile approach to colleagues and workload
- Personally dealing with complex enquiries, including complaints
- Continually assessing the effectiveness of the team in terms of quality of service
- Monitoring changes in the business and ensuring strategies remain effective
- Analysing data to improve processes
We are looking for an experienced Paraplanner or Financial Services Administrator with:
Requirements:- Experience managing teams and delivering coaching
- A relevant industry supervision qualification such as J07 or AF6 is desirable
- Ideally qualified to Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) standard or above
- Experience of Intelligent Office
We offer a competitive salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience, as well as:
