We are looking for an Apprentice in Construction Leadership to join our team at Tilbury Douglas. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
As an Apprentice in Construction Leadership, you will work on various construction sites, gaining valuable experience and skills, and studying towards a Construction Site Management Apprenticeship with qualifications achieved through a combination of university work and gathering work-based experience and evidence.
You will be responsible for coordinating site-based construction projects, carrying out risk assessments, liaising with key figures, and implementing effective management principles. You will also be part of a close-knit team, collaborating with experienced professionals to deliver high-quality results.
We offer a competitive salary of £22,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 26 days annual leave, private medical insurance, life assurance, and access to our employee networks.
