Job Description: We are looking for an experienced leader to manage our EBD home in West Bromwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations, and leading a team of staff. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing care plans tailored to the individual needs of the young people.

**Key Requirements:**
  • Proven Ofsted knowledge and experience.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • A valid driving licence.
  • Experience managing an EBD home or similar setting.

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum.
