About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at AJ Bell Management Limited. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our Learning Management System (LMS) and supporting the delivery of high-quality e-learning content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the LMS catalogue, ensuring that all courses and classes are accurately represented and easily accessible to users.
  • Work closely with the Digital Learning Manager to build new courses and maintain the delivery of regulatory framework training courses.
  • Provide first-line support to users, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular reviews of existing policy and document content within the LMS, ensuring that all content remains up-to-date, relevant, and targeted to the correct audience.
  • Monitor overdue regulatory courses and produce reports, data, and dashboards to inform business decisions.
  • Design and maintain the content on the company intranet page for the Learning and Development department.
  • Collaborate with the e-learning development team to create engaging and effective e-learning content.

Requirements
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems, preferably SABA.
  • Knowledge of e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate and Vyond.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
