**Job Summary**

Manchester Digital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Front-End Development Manager to lead their talented team of developers. As the Senior Front-End Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. **Lead and Manage a Team of Developers**: Oversee a team of 12 developers, including front-end developers, backend PHP developers, and QA testers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  2. **Project Oversight**: Oversee the development process from conception to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  3. **Collaboration and Communication**: Collaborate with other departments, such as design and project management, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  4. **Technical Guidance and Mentorship**: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  5. **Industry Trends and Best Practices**: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  6. **Technical Advisory**: Act as a technical advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on project requirements and technical feasibility.

**Requirements:**

  1. **Proven Experience**: Proven experience in a senior development role, with a strong background in web development.
