Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Supporting clients with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment and techniques
  • Administering and documenting medication
  • Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in conditions to our branch teams
  • Supporting clients with varying needs, from a helping hand to more hands-on support
  • Ensuring timely visits and delivering high-quality care
  • Traveling to different client homes to deliver care
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must be 18 years or older and subject to an enhanced DBS check and sufficient referencing. You must also have a valid driving license and access to your own vehicle. Some availability during evenings and weekends is required, and reliable transport is essential to ensure timely visits and client mobility support.
