**Job summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled regulatory economist to join our team in London. The successful candidate will have a strong background in applied microeconomics and experience working in a consultancy, regulator, competition or consumer authority, government department, academia, research institute, or regulated company.

**Key responsibilities:**

  • Providing high-quality economic analysis on projects, exploring different perspectives, and addressing key policy issues.
  • Gathering and assessing robust data and evidence to support your analysis.

**Qualifications and experience:**

  • A solid foundation in applied microeconomics gained through training in relevant specialisms.
  • Experience applying economic concepts in real-world scenarios within a consultancy, regulator, competition or consumer authority, government department, academia, research institute, or regulated company.
  • A degree in economics. A postgraduate qualification is desirable but not essential.
