About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Unit team at East Lancashire Hospice. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, and evaluate effective programs of care for patients with life-limiting illnesses.
  • Deliver care to individual patients, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice.
  • Work effectively as a team member to provide excellent standards of patient care within the Inpatient Unit.
  • Prioritize your own workload and direct the workload of others based on patient need.
  • Ensure patients and their carers receive the highest standards of care at all times.
