Clinical Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Patient Advisor. As a key member of our clinic staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring that every interaction with our patients is a positive one.
Key Responsibilities- Building strong relationships with patients through regular communication prior to and following their treatment
- Assisting in patient consultations and scans using state-of-the-art equipment
- Maintaining accurate patient records and scheduling treatment dates
- A passion for delivering world-class customer service
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An attractive salary of £24,000 per annum pro rata, plus excellent bonus potential (£26,000 OTE)
