Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Services Engineer to join our team at Nuffield Health in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and services to our patients.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a maintenance facility role, with a strong focus on preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and health and safety management. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.

About the Role

  • Manage a viable and effective preventative maintenance programme for the whole site.
  • Ensure all maintenance problems and queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist in the completion of monthly PPM jobs and daily/weekly checklists.
  • Complete all reactive calls within a realistic and reasonable timeframe.
  • Understand COSHH regulations and guidelines.

About You

  • Previous experience working within a maintenance facility role.
  • 3 Day ISRM Pool Plant room qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise.
  • Excellent customer service and organisation skills.
  • A qualification in either electrical or HVAC.
  • IOSHH Qualification.
