About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Credit Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering best-in-class financial solutions. You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining unsecured lending models to assess creditworthiness and evaluate portfolio performance.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform lending strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new lending products and features.
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimal business outcomes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience in unsecured retail lending and credit modeling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Able to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions based on insights.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Python programming languages, with experience in Looker or similar tools.
What We Offer

We offer a highly competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
