Commercial Underwriter

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Underwriter to join our team at Paragon Bank. As a Commercial Underwriter, you will play a crucial role in supporting the intermediary sales channel and helping our customers achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with our introductory sources to help them and SME Lending support UK SMEs.
- Assess and evaluate commercial lending applications, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible solutions for their business needs.
- Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Strong commercial lending experience in both secured and unsecured lending.
- Demonstrate an understanding of funding a wide range of assets and lending structures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders.
