About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Loss Adjuster to join our team in Redhill. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims from initial field visit through to settlement, within clients SLAs and meeting challenging audit criteria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial claims from initial field visit through to settlement
  • Meet challenging audit criteria and clients SLAs
  • Settlement and/or financial targets will be set by your line manager
  • Work autonomously, with regular contact from your line manager to discuss service delivery and provide support, guidance and mentoring
  • Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a track record of delivering outstanding levels of service
  • Deal with commercial claims and have a solid experience of dealing with complex and challenging claims
  • Develop and maintain a close working relationship with customers to promote customer satisfaction during all stages of the claim
  • Prioritise your workload on a daily basis and be able to work as part of a team
