Job Title: Executive Chef De Partie Exeter

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef De Partie to join our team at Hotel Du Vin in Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented chef to take their career to the next level and work with a renowned hospitality company.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of chefs, preparing high-quality dishes, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be expected to work efficiently, effectively, and collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or equivalent role in a similar establishment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to train and develop junior staff members.
