About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated General Manager to manage our Grounds Maintenance team and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in management, customer relationships, and Grounds Maintenance operations. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring effective client relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Grounds Maintenance team and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure effective management of resources, including staff, equipment, and budget.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in management, customer relationships, and Grounds Maintenance operations.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality services and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
