Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Management Specialist to join our team at Abbatt Property Recruitment. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties across SW, W, TW, and SE London.

Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional property management services to our clients, ensuring their customer experience is engaging and frustration-free. You will work closely with stakeholders to achieve this goal, facilitating regular meetings and encouraging open communication.

You will also be responsible for managing and authorising all expenditure throughout the year, maintaining cash flow to prevent critical funding issues. Additionally, you will liaise with the credit control function to ensure effective debt management of the portfolio.

In terms of skills and qualifications, we are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote setting. A background in property management or a related field would be advantageous.

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
