Night Porter

Job Title: Night Porter

At Ragdale Hall Spa, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Front of House Team as a Night Porter. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a unique and luxurious environment, providing exceptional service to our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

* Ensure the security and safety of guests and staff throughout the night
* Conduct regular security checks of the hall and grounds, including the car park
* Assist guests with requests and enquiries
* Offer a limited provision of drinks
* Be aware of your responsibilities in the event of a fire alarm and be fully conversant with how to operate the fire alarm panel
* Maintain the cleanliness of specified areas

Qualifications and Skills:

* Friendly and confident demeanor
* Good awareness of customer care
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours:

* 18 hours per week worked over 2 nights: 9.45pm - 7.45am, including some weekends
