Job Title: Portfolio Turnover Specialist

Location: Regional - Home Based

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum

Job Description:

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Portfolio Turnover Specialist to join our Shopping Centre Property Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the end-to-end process for turnover lease abstraction, data input, calculations, and billing with support from a turnover administrator.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a professional financial services environment, bookkeeping experience, and experience with line management and working in a surveying team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the process for turnover lease abstraction through to billing turnover with support from an administrator.
  2. Track tenant turnover data and rent for the managed portfolio via Excel.
  3. Deal with escalations where tenants have not provided data and work with Surveyors to resolve queries.
  4. Scrutinise turnover data to ensure accuracy and make contact with tenants where any anomalies arise.
  5. Liaise with accounts and create charges on accounting systems.
