Job Summary

We are looking for a Clinical Psychology Expert who can provide specialist psychological assessment and intervention services to clients with complex needs. The successful candidate will have access to regular clinical and professional supervision from a Hobbs Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist.

Main Duties
  • Work as an autonomous practitioner within the outpatient facility at Hobbs South East, responsible for psychological aspects of neurological rehabilitation including specialist neuropsychological assessment and intervention.
  • Collaborate with clients, therapists, and other stakeholders to ensure the systematic provision of a high-quality clinical psychology service.
  • Provide complex psychological assessment and therapy, advice, and consultation on clients' psychological care to non-psychologist colleagues and other professionals.
Requirements
  • Post-graduate doctoral level training in clinical psychology (or its equivalent) as accredited by the BPS, including models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, and neuropsychology.
  • Registered as an Applied Psychology Practitioner member of the HCPC.
  • Experience of working with adult client groups presenting with a range of clinical severity, including those with acute and chronic neurological conditions.
