Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team at Rodericks Dental.

The successful candidate will have a strong dental background, with expertise in practice management, leadership, and business performance. They will be responsible for managing the practice team, supporting clinical objectives, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Practice Leadership: Line management of the practice team, including supervision and guidance.
  • Clinical Support: Supporting the clinical team to deliver NHS and Private objectives, ensuring seamless patient care.
  • Financial Management: Profit and Loss management, including cost control and business growth opportunities, ensuring the practice operates efficiently and profitably.
  • Compliance and Governance: Maintaining up-to-date practice documentation, including policies, procedures, and handbooks, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety requirements.
Requirements:
  • Dental practice management experience, with a strong understanding of business performance management.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in staff management, appraisals, and performance management.
  • Prior experience in business performance management, working to KPIs and targets, and managing Profit and Loss.
  • CQC registration as a Practice Manager or willingness to obtain necessary registration, including DBS check.
