Service Delivery Technician

We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Technician to join our team at Circet UK's Home Division.

The successful candidate will provide installation, repair, and maintenance of Broadband, Telephone, and TV services to our clients.

The normal working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays. However, the nature of the work may involve considerable travel time and work outside of office hours without additional remuneration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete all work to the required quality standard, adhering to best working practices and client requirements.
  • Install and repair Fibre/Copper installations, survey, and repair orders.
  • Conduct site inspections, including traffic management.
  • Educate customers on installed services, ensuring they operate to their satisfaction.
  • Work efficiently, maintaining a clean environment, and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Respond professionally to customer requests and enquiries.
  • Develop professional abilities through completing training requirements.
  • Comply with company fleet policy and current health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure safe operation of tools and work activities comply with environmental regulations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Full UK Manual Driver's Licence.
  • Skilled in managing technical work in the field with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to interpret technical issues and diagnose problems with existing equipment.
  • Good communication skills and prioritization of work.
  • Comfortable working to tight timescales and dealing with external stakeholders.
  • Experience of implementing and following procedures for service delivery.
  • IT skills to liaise with group work control.
  • Professional, self-motivated, and able to integrate into the delivery team.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift objects regularly.
  • Ability to respond quickly to sounds and see/dangerous situations.
  • Ability to safely climb ladders while carrying 40 pounds.
  • Ability to bend and stretch with comfort.
  • Ability to work alone and wear personal protective gear correctly.
