About the Role:
The Stock Manager plays a crucial part in the growth of our online business, ensuring our customers receive exceptional online experiences and customer service. This role involves supporting and encouraging the team to meet performance targets, guaranteeing customers receive returned items promptly or stock is prepared for existing online orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store management team across the back-of-house areas and maintain effective communication with the Store Manager.
- Lead a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an operationally efficient, safe environment where targets are consistently met.
- Create an atmosphere where team members feel supported, motivated, and inspired to excel.
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities, adapting to change and working alongside the team.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication to meet business needs.
