Culinary Leader

At Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Leader to join our team as our next Sous Chef.

The estimated salary for this role is £35 per hour, plus service charge.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef who will be responsible for assisting the executive chef in creating and executing menus that meet the highest standards of quality and culinary excellence.

• This includes collaborating with the executive chef to develop new menu items, ensuring consistency across all dishes, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• The successful candidate will also oversee food preparation, training and developing new kitchen team members, and monitoring inventory levels to ensure efficient ordering and receiving of food and supplies.
