About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Business Development Specialist to join our team at Neuro Rehab Times. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our neuro rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guidance and Support on Patient Rehabilitation Needs

Provide expert guidance and support to our clients and their families on rehabilitation needs, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support.

Strengthening Internal Processes and Procedures

Work closely with our internal teams to develop and implement effective processes and procedures that support the delivery of high-quality neuro rehabilitation services.

Building Relationships with Healthcare Providers

Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers, to ensure seamless referrals and collaboration.

Staying Up-to-Date with Developments in Neuro Rehabilitation

Stay current with the latest developments and advancements in neuro rehabilitation, ensuring our services remain at the forefront of best practice.

Training and Development Programs

Design and deliver training programs for our internal teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional neuro rehabilitation services.

Attending Industry Events and Webinars

Represent Neuro Rehab Times at industry events and webinars, showcasing our expertise and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Patient Advisory Clinics

Deliver patient advisory clinics in hospital settings, providing expert guidance and support to patients and their families.

Signposting Clients to Relevant Services

Assist clients in finding relevant services, including legal, rehabilitation, and financial support, to ensure they receive comprehensive care and support.

Contributing to Marketing Strategy

Contribute to the development of our marketing strategy, ensuring our services are promoted effectively to our target audience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Medically qualified
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a clinical setting
  • Experience of working in a business environment
  • Ability to manage budgets and meet financial targets
