Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for assisting the Project Architect across various stages of the RIBA work stages. Your primary focus will be on managing the overall design process, coordinating a design team, and ensuring that projects are completed on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Architect in managing the design process across all RIBA stages
  • Coordinate a design team, working with Product Designers and external construction professionals
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and budget
  • Liaise with clients and external consultants, attending design team meetings and ensuring collaborative communication

Requirements:
  • Good working knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Client-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong design and technical abilities
  • Ability to deliver projects
  • Up-to-date knowledge of planning stage processes and methods
  • Relevant Part 2 Architecture degree
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit an advantage
