Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Practitioner to join our quality department as a Regional Lead. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care services across our regions.


About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with experience in auditing and social care governance processes. You will be responsible for contributing to our audit and social care governance processes, working closely with our experienced and established quality department.


Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures
  • Lead on audits and social care governance processes across regions
  • Work closely with the quality department to ensure consistency and effectiveness in care service delivery

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a generous pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.

  • A strong background in quality assurance, with experience in auditing and social care governance processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
