Senior NPD Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior NPD Technologist to join our team at Si Recruitment. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and delivering high-quality product concepts for our clients and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative product concepts that meet customer requirements and internal standards.
  • Lead and oversee NPD projects from initial idea through to market launch, ensuring seamless project execution and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage retail accounts and branded product development projects, translating client briefs into practical development solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Review and approve development artwork, ensuring it meets brand and quality standards.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Hold a degree in Food Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Have extensive hands-on experience in food product development, preferably in the food or drink manufacturing sector.
  • Proven track record of taking products from concept through to launch, with excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Be a self-motivated and innovative thinker with a passion for product development and improvement.
