Care Placement Specialist

This role is with NHS Cheshire and Merseyside. The estimated salary for this position is around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Officer to join our team at Job Switch. As a Commissioning Officer, you will be responsible for dealing with telephone and email enquiries from clinical staff and care providers regarding packages of care, care placements, invoice queries.
You will need to check information for accuracy prior to negotiation with placement providers, care providers, clients, and their representatives using various communication methods. Your experience of IT systems, including word and excel, will be valuable in this role.
A good understanding of interpersonal skills is required to communicate and negotiate effectively. Attention to detail and the ability to check data carefully are essential for this position. This role involves home-based working.
