London Brewers Alliance is seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead the bar operations at our Stratford taproom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of bar staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our craft beers and taproom events.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a bar management role, preferably in a craft beer setting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of liquor licensing regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Passion for craft beer and a desire to contribute to a growing brewery.
