Job Title: Retail Assistant - Part Time

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Retail Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel welcome and valued.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues.
  • Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Restock shelves, maintain stock levels, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
Requirements:
  • A friendly, positive, and hardworking approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and early mornings.
  • Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
