We're looking for an exceptional Operational Delivery Lead to join our team at Shaw Trust. As a key member of our CFO Evolution programme, you'll be responsible for leading the operational delivery of our financial services, ensuring all performance, MI, quality, and compliance requirements are met.

About the Programme

CFO Evolution is a critical programme that drives business growth, improves efficiency, and reduces costs. As our Operational Delivery Lead, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operational delivery of CFO Evolution, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
