About The Role
As a General Practitioner with Practice Plus Group, you'll have the opportunity to expand your clinical expertise and experience. Our Out Of Hours service offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.
You'll be part of a leading provider of NHS services, delivering a new model of Integrated Urgent Care. This innovative approach reduces pressures on services and staff, enabling patients to access the right care when they need it.
Responsibilities will include providing diagnosis, treatment, advice, and referrals to other healthcare resources via primary care centres and home visits. You'll also utilise our electronic prescribing system to effectively manage patient care.
Based in our various Out Of Hours services, you'll work in a multi-skilled team including advanced nurse practitioners, registered nurses, UCPs, mental health and dental nurses, prescribing pharmacists, and pharmacy advisors.
We offer this role as either bank or self-employed, allowing you to choose the arrangement that suits you best. Our Out Of Hours service is the perfect place to use and develop your skills and expertise as a General Practitioner.
