About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at Parkwood Holdings Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking grounds maintenance work, including mowing large grassed areas, strimming, blowing, line marking, and renovation, hedge trimming, and general maintenance to shrub beds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake grounds maintenance work, including mowing, strimming, blowing, and line marking
  • Renovate and maintain shrub beds and other horticultural areas
  • Trim hedges and perform other general maintenance tasks
  • Work on sports markings, hedge cutting, and hard surface spraying operations
Requirements
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Experience of driving light commercial vehicles and towing trailers (desirable)
  • Reliable and conscientious with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work on own initiative and willingness to learn
  • Previous experience of grounds maintenance work, horticultural tasks, and use of handheld machinery (desirable)
