We're looking for a charismatic leader to join our Starbucks team as a Shift Director

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing a team of talented baristas, and driving sales growth through exceptional customer service.

You'll be the face of our brand, embodying our values of warmth, respect, and authenticity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and performance, including training and development needs
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to align store goals with company objectives

Salary: £12.20-£13.50 per hour
