About the Role

As a Housing Manager at Home Group Limited, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our communities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage anti-social behaviours in our estates
• Respond to customer queries and complaints
• Manage our voids process, including liaising with local authorities
• Carry out estate inspections and engage with contractors on site
• Record routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities

About You

We are looking for a highly organised and methodical individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will have a strong understanding of housing management, housing law, and ideally universal credit. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for this role.
