Job Description

The Senior/Associate Fund Monitoring Surveyor will be responsible for monitoring investment properties and providing strategic advice to clients. Key responsibilities include:



  • Conducting site visits to monitor property condition and performance
  • Analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Providing regular updates to clients on investment returns and market conditions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement asset management strategies

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:



  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., surveying, real estate)
  • At least 3 years of experience in fund monitoring or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
