Job Overview:
As a Patent Renewals Clerk at CV-Library, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our patent department. This position requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

About You:
We are looking for an individual with 1+ year of experience within a busy patent department. A CIPA qualification is advantageous but not essential. As a team player, you should remain calm under pressure, be able to handle multiple tasks, and have a high level of accuracy.

The Role:
Your key responsibilities will include generating renewal reminders for clients, attending to payment of renewal fees as instructed, dealing with client queries, and ensuring accurate recording of service charges. You will also be responsible for docketing and processing incoming requests from internal and external mailboxes, reviewing and second-checking deadlines and actions docketed by other team members, checking documents as filed to ensure correct actions taken and no errors made, and processing client and deadline reports from the records system.

What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
