Ashville Knight's Conveyancing Opportunity
">We're seeking a seasoned Solicitor/Legal Executive to expand our Lewes-based residential conveyancing team.
This challenging role requires a dedicated professional to manage complex property transactions, providing exceptional client service and expert guidance.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Handling residential property sales and purchases, including freehold/leasehold and new build developments.
- Ensuring timely completion of transactions, maintaining accurate records and efficient communication with clients.
- Preparing and reviewing contracts and transfer deeds, guaranteeing precision and attention to detail.
- Maintaining our case management system, facilitating seamless collaboration and streamlined workflows.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this position, please demonstrate:
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in residential conveyancing, showcasing consistent achievement of targets and deadlines.
- Extensive knowledge of the conveyancing process, complemented by strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building.
