Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including tool changes, line set-up, and breakdowns
  • Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and optimize production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our equipment and processes to drive efficiency and innovation
Requirements
  • Recognized engineering qualification and relevant experience in the manufacturing sector
  • Proven track record of maintaining and repairing complex equipment, with a focus on quality and safety
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels
