Pharmacist Prescriber Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist Prescriber to join our team at a leading Medical Cannabis organisation in Reading. This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring 3 days on-site and 2 days remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with patients from initial eligibility appointments to implementation and assessment of care, ensuring a high standard of treatment.
  • Provide medicines information and pharmaceutical advice, as well as prescribing repeat prescription requests.
  • Be autonomous in decision-making and effectively manage workload while developing the service.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Pharmacy (BSc./MSc.)
  • GPhC Registration
  • Experience in Primary Care preferred but not essential
  • 1+ years' experience in Independent Prescribing
  • Passion for high-quality care
  • Ability to work autonomously and be a decision-maker
  • Motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
