Care Assistant

We are seeking an exceptional Care Worker to provide high-quality care services to our clients in their home environment.
As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care that promotes choice, wellbeing, dignity and respect.
We offer a range of full-time and part-time permanent positions across Chesterfield and the surrounding areas.
Our clients are at the heart of our service, and we work closely with them and their families to ensure their needs are met.
As a Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to specialise in complex care and receive excellent training and progression opportunities.
The role involves working varied shift patterns, including mornings, evenings and weekends, and you will need to have a valid driver's licence and own transport.
Key benefits include flexible working patterns, 5.6 weeks holiday per year, excellent rates of pay and a workplace pension scheme.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a satisfactory enhanced DBS and the right to work in the UK.
