Job Title: Performance and Planning Consultant

Salary: £45,628+

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a Site, Facilities & Infrastructure (SF&I) Function Stakeholder and Communication Strategy
  • Advance and incorporate a new digital workplace strategy
  • Progress and maintain a SF&I Stakeholder & Communications Management Plan
  • Create and manage a new SF&I On-Boarding strategy
  • Become a STEM ambassador and take part in attraction outreach
  • Promote thematics in line with the company values to help create a more inclusive and diverse workforce, and to improve employee engagement

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Previous experience in a Communications or Events Manager role
  • Strong Analytical skills such as data / analytics / reporting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Packages (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Desirable:

  • Experience in a people management role
  • Understanding of workforce planning and resource management
  • Experience and understanding of the lifecycle of Projects

The role is extremely varied and interfaces with a range of stakeholders including Manufacturing teams, Operations and Senior Leadership.
