Learning Disability Support Worker

We are currently looking for a Support Worker to join our team at OakGar Recruitment, working on behalf of a specialist care organisation in Worthing. This role presents an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
About the Role:
- As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for enabling service users to achieve greater independence while obtaining career progression.
- You will work closely with the service team to deliver person-centred care, ensuring that each individual receives tailored support to meet their unique needs.
- The ideal candidate will possess a natural person-centred approach and a desire to help others.
Salary and Benefits Package:
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £20,000 per annum, paid holidays, free training, regular support and supervisions, and support for Health and Social Care Qualifications.
