PMO Support Officer Opportunity

Huntswood CTC Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Support Officer to join our team on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure the smooth execution of a large-scale remediation work-stream within financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run reports and manipulate data using Excel to provide valuable insights to the business.
  • Utilize SQL skills to extract and analyze data.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including reports and schedules.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, providing updates and addressing queries.
  • Provide general administrative support to the PMO, including scheduling meetings and preparing project-related correspondence.
  • Experience working in the financial services industry is highly beneficial.
